Strawberry Vinegar

Josh Pond's Strawberry Vinegar is raw, unfiltered, and crafted from the juice of our certified-organic strawberries. Each summer, we hand-pick our ripe strawberries and press them into a rich and flavorful juice. We then allow this juice to wild ferment into vinegar until the perfect acidity and flavor is achieved. Our vinegar is never filtered and includes the 'Mother'.

The ‘Mother’ consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that give our vinegar its cloudy appearance. The Mother offers both prebiotics and probiotics to help your digestive system run smooth!
