I GOT MY JOSH POND CHEESE! WHAT NOW?

Our cheeses are shipped with ice packs to preserve them throughout the shipment process. They should be refrigerated as soon as possible upon arrival. Our vacuum sealed cheese wedges will last unopened in the fridge for up to 6 months. Our paper-wrapped cheese wedges ( an opened vacuum-sealed wedges) should be enjoyed within 10 days.

I GOT MY JOSH POND FROZEN BLUEBERRIES! WHAT NOW?

Our frozen blueberries are shipped with dry ice to preserve their frozen state throughout the shipment process. Please freeze the blueberries as soon as possible upon arrival. They stay and be stored right inside the wax-lined box they are shipped in. When your supply diminishes, you can transfer the berries to sealed containers or freezer bags... and then it is time to re-order!

Ordering

CAN I PLACE A SINGLE ORDER THAT SHIPS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow for multiple shipping orders in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders, one for each different shipping address.

Dry Ice Disposal

THERE IS STILL SOME DRY ICE IN THE BOX THAT CAME WITH MY FROZEN BLUEBERRIES. HOW DO I PROPERLY AND SAFELY DISPOSE OF IT?

Dry ice is harmful if not handled properly and can cause severe burns and frostbite. Long exposure to dry ice in an ill-ventilated area can lead to drowsiness, reduced hearing, increased heart rate and blood pressure, headaches, tremors and dizziness, and even carbon dioxide poisoning.

  • Do NOT touch the dry ice with your bare hands.

  • Do NOT dispose of the dry ice in a closed area, sink, toilet, or other device, trash or garbage, or in public areas.

  • Do NOT put dry ice in any tightly-closed container.

  • Do NOT place dry ice on tiled or solid-surface counter tops as the extreme cold will cause damage.

  • Do NOT add any liquid to dry ice, and do NOT add dry ice to any liquid.

  • Dry ice is NOT edible. Do NOT put dry ice in or near your mouth or any other body part.

  • DO keep dry ice out of the reach of children and animals.

  • DO wear heavily-insulated gloves. Rubber or plastic gloves will NOT give adequate protection.

  • DO let the unused dry ice sublimate in a well-ventilated area.

Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we ship Monday through Thursday, in order to ensure delivery by the weekend. Our products are shipped via UPS and come with a tracking number. When the order is marked as fulfilled, you will receive an email. When the package begins transit, the email address that the order was placed with will receive tracking information from FedEx.

There are exceptions to this shipping schedule, such as the FedEx holiday schedule and our dry ice supply (pertaining to frozen blueberry orders only).

Returns & Refunds

We're very sorry, but perishable food products and gift cards cannot be returned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact Customer Service, and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
