- 1 rounded tablespoon Josh Pond Apple Cider Jelly
- 2 teaspoons Dijon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, add the ingredients and whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
