Wild Blueberry Vinegar

Josh Pond's Wild Blueberry Vinegar is raw, unfiltered, and crafted from our certified-organic wild Maine blueberries. Each August, we hand-rake our ripe wild blueberries and press them into our rich and flavorful juice. We then allow this juice to wild ferment into vinegar until the perfect acidity and flavor is achieved. Our vinegar is never filtered and includes the 'Mother'.

The ‘Mother’ consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that give our vinegar its cloudy appearance. The Mother offers both prebiotics and probiotics to help your digestive system run smooth!
