INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup smooth tahini
2 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. water, as needed
INSTRUCTIONS

In a small blender, add together the tahini, thawed wild Maine blueberries, lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic, maple syrup, and salt until smooth. If dressing is too thick, add 1/2 tablespoon of water at a time until consistency is drizzleable.
