INGREDIENTS
2 cups Josh Pond frozen wild organic blueberries
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
1/4 c.freshly chopped cilantro
juice of 2 small limes
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt
freshly-ground black pepper
corn chips, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine all salsa ingredients and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve with corn chips.
