INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Josh Pond's frozen wild blueberries, thawed
- 1 oz fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey
- 12-14 large fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- 1ounce ginger kombucha
- 4 ounces sparkling water
INSTRUCTIONS

Put the mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and blueberries in a tall cocktail glass.

Muddle the leaves.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Add the kombucha and sparkling water.

Stir to mix up the honey.

Garnish with another mint sprig and lime wedge
