INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Josh Pond's Frozen wild organic Maine blueberries, thawed
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk, or plant-based milk
- 2 lemons, juiced
Caramelized Banana
- 1 banana, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Toppings
- 1/4 cup Josh Pond's Frozen wild organic Maine blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a blender, add the thawed wild blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Set aside
- For the caramelized bananas: In a small bowl, mix the banana slices with the brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until all the slices are evenly covered. Heat butter in pan over medium heat, add the banana slices and cook uncovered for about 4-5 minutes on each side until brown and caramelized.
- Pour yogurt mixture into a bowl and add the caramelized bananas and toppings. Enjoy!
