INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Josh Pond's frozen organic wild Maine blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Another 1/3 cup coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips, crushed pistachios etc. for rolling the bliss balls in (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and set aside. If rolling bliss balls in coconut, chocolate, pistachios, place those ingredients in their own little bowl and set aside.
  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until completely combined. It should create a paste like texture.
  • Roll into balls and roll in the pulsed coconut flakes. Place on the parchment paper and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Keep refrigerated and enjoy cold.  You can keep in an airtight container for up 3 days. Enjoy!
