INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Josh Pond's frozen organic wild Maine blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Another 1/3 cup coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips, crushed pistachios etc. for rolling the bliss balls in (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and set aside. If rolling bliss balls in coconut, chocolate, pistachios, place those ingredients in their own little bowl and set aside.

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until completely combined. It should create a paste like texture.

Roll into balls and roll in the pulsed coconut flakes. Place on the parchment paper and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Keep refrigerated and enjoy cold. You can keep in an airtight container for up 3 days. Enjoy!
