1 rounded tablespoon Josh Pond's Apple Cider Jelly
2 teaspoons Dijon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, add the ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
