Josh Pond's organic apple cider jelly is homemade in small batches, using our farm-pressed apple cider. Every Autumn, we hand pick our apples at peak ripeness to press for cider. We have over 25 varieties of certified-organic cider apples growing in our orchard, which provides a rich depth of taste to our cider and jellies.
