Down East Tomme is a semi hard, raw-milk tomme handmade in small batches in the tradition of artisan farmstead cheesemaking. This cheese is made from our goat's milk in the summer months when they graze on over 10 acres of fresh pasture. This cheese has a natural speckled rind.
