Maine Blueberry Mignonette
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2 tablespoons roughly chopped Josh Pond blueberries
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Fine sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
